Home Forward inspects its apartments at least once every year and may also conduct special inspections to prevent and correct health and safety concerns.
Tips for inspection:
- Keep the unit in good condition.
- Report all maintenance needs to the property manager before the inspection so that we can try to make repairs before the inspection.
- Make sure the inspector has access to all rooms.
- Keep pets contained or restrained during the inspection.
